Glasses and Needles

I had a dream where the nose pads on my glasses were replaced with sharp pins. It hurt to wear my glasses but I couldn't see anything without them. My eyes are 20/700 and 20/600, do you know that what I see at 20 feet, someone with perfect vision can see at 600 feet? I need to to be 6 inches away from the laptop screen to be able to see the letters clearly.

Impaired vision blows. However we get to wear awesome glasses frames without looking like tools.

Forgetting How To Run

I had a dream where I forgot how to run. Rather than forgetting out right, it was more like instead of running the way I usually do, I "ran like a girl."

Which is a ridiculous notion, because most girls run completely fine. It was more like I "ran like an anime girl."

You know, arms swinging side to side in front of me instead of forward and back at my sides. It was really frustrating because I could only go so fast, and I knew I could run faster, if only I could run the way I normally do.

I'm a young guy, 23 this year, but I feel as though I'm reaching the age where things start to slow down. I won't retain information as quickly. I'll have learned something, forget what it is that I learned, and only retain the knowledge that I did learn it at one point and should be able to utilize that information....

C'est la vie
